The combined firm comprises a total 900 partners and staff with annual turnover of around £75 million.
The corporate team at Shakespeare Martineau’s Milton Keynes office has helped local businesses undertake more than £120 million worth of corporate deals over the last 12 months and still have their eyes set on growth for this year.
Combined with the wider efforts of the firms’ corporate teams, there has been a collective increase in deal activity of around 50% compared to this time last year.
The Milton Keynes office has seen staff numbers increase by 20%, introducing new members into the team from associate to partner level.
