Bishopsgate Corporate Finance has announced the opening of a new regional office in Milton Keynes, marking the latest step in the firm’s strategic expansion across the UK.
The new office will be led by Tom Grant, who joins as Partner from a global M&A advisory firm. An ACCA-qualified accountant with an MBA, Grant brings more than a decade of experience in mid-market transactions across a range of sectors. His track record includes advising on the sale of Pirtek to Franchise Brands, ecube to Unical Aviation, and Delta Motorsport to Cosworth, as well as the management buyout of G Webb and the sale of Trac to PTC Industries.
Grant will be supported by two colleagues—an Associate Director and an Associate—who together form the foundation of Bishopsgate’s Central region team. The move forms part of the firm’s broader growth strategy, which aims to strengthen its regional presence and enhance client service.
James McBain Allan, Partner at Bishopsgate, said: “Tom’s knowledge of the Central region and his experience in complex transactions make him well placed to lead our expansion in Milton Keynes. His appointment reflects both the strength of our ambition and the growing demand for specialist corporate finance advice in key regional markets.”
Commenting on his appointment, Grant said: “Bishopsgate has long had a strong reputation in the market, and I am pleased to be joining at such a pivotal stage in its growth. The Central region holds considerable opportunity, and I look forward to working with businesses across the area to support their strategic objectives.”
