Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors has announced a series of senior promotions as the Milton Keynes law firm celebrates its 60th anniversary.

Corporate lawyer Danielle Austin has been promoted to equity partner. Danielle joined the firm in 2016 as a paralegal and has since played a lead role in major transactions, including advising the Marshall family on the €1.1 billion sale of their audio and technology brand to a private equity group.

“Danielle’s promotion is a testament to her exceptional skill, dedication and progression over the years,” said managing partner Richard Millard.

The firm has also welcomed newly qualified solicitor Aisling Hayward to the corporate and commercial team.

We remain committed to investing in people and expanding our teams to ensure we deliver the high standards our clients expect.”
