Milton Keynes law firm Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors has appointed Ken Stangoe as Senior Partner, succeeding Tim Roberts after 10 years in the role.

Stangoe, who is also Head of Dispute Resolution & Litigation at Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors, will combine the senior leadership position with his existing work advising clients on commercial disputes.

His new role will also see him represent the firm across the Milton Keynes business community and its professional networks.

Stangoe has more than 25 years’ experience as a commercial litigator, with particular expertise in property-related disputes including landlord and tenant matters, rights of way, boundary disputes, rent recovery and lease renewals.

Managing Partner Richard Millard said: “I am delighted to announce Ken Stangoe’s appointment as Senior Partner. Ken is highly respected by colleagues and clients alike, and his leadership, integrity and commitment to the firm make him an outstanding choice for the role.

“His appointment reflects the significant contribution he has already made to Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors and the confidence we have in his ability to help shape our future.

“I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Tim Roberts for his exceptional service as Senior Partner. His dedication, leadership and commitment have made a lasting impact to the firm over many years.”

Stangoe said: “It is a privilege to be appointed Senior Partner and to succeed Tim Roberts.

“I am proud to take on this role and represent a firm whose success is built on the strength of our people, our relationships with clients and our deep roots within the local business community.

“I look forward to continuing to strengthen our presence across the region and helping ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.”
