TC Group has been named among the UK’s Best Places to Work by The Sunday Times, with the recognition covering the firm’s Milton Keynes office alongside its teams in Leicester, Northampton and Southampton.
The accountancy and business advisory firm was included in the national ranking following employee feedback gathered through The Sunday Times Best Places to Work survey, which measures workplace experience across areas including wellbeing, engagement, reward and recognition, communication and job satisfaction.
The annual list is regarded as one of the UK’s leading assessments of workplace culture and this year featured hundreds of organisations from a range of sectors.
