A Milton Keynes-based HR consultancy is celebrating five successful years in business — a milestone reached by fewer than 40% of UK small businesses.

HR Results Ltd, founded by experienced HR professional Daxa, has spent the past five years helping small and medium-sized businesses manage their people effectively and confidently. The consultancy provides practical, bespoke HR support that acts as an ‘in-house’ HR function for its clients.

In July 2022, a serious car accident temporarily paused Daxa’s work, but the business continued to thrive thanks to loyal clients and trusted collaborators. That resilience, she says, reflects the strong relationships and clear sense of purpose that underpin the company.
