Entries are now open for the first Overt STEM Awards 2026, celebrating individuals, businesses, educators and communities driving innovation across the Oxford-Cambridge Growth Corridor.

Building on the success of the MK STEM Awards in 2024 and 2025, this year’s theme – Building the Future Together: Delivering a World-Class STEM Event for the Arc, by the Arc – underlines the region’s growing role as a hub for science, technology, engineering and mathematics excellence.

There are 22 award categories, open for entries until 31 October 2025. Finalists will be recognised as part of one of the UK’s most dynamic STEM regions, with stories of innovation, inclusion and impact shared across the corridor.

Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on 3 March 2026, hosted at MK Conferencing, Milton Keynes. The event will run alongside the region’s first STEM Summit, bringing together leaders from business, education, government and community sectors for panel discussions, workshops, debates and networking.

Previous award winner Idrees Mohammed, who received the Icon / Lifetime Achievement Award 2025, said: “Receiving the award is more than a personal milestone—it’s a recognition of a journey rooted in purpose, persistence and people.”

Entries can be submitted and full details found at events-together.co.uk/overt/awards-2026.
