Howes Percival has confirmed it will relocate its Milton Keynes office to The Pinnacle on Midsummer Boulevard this April, following sustained growth across its local team. The move marks a significant step for Howes Percival as it continues to expand its presence as a leading MK law firm.
The firm will move from its current premises in Knowlhill after outgrowing the space. Over the past three years, staff numbers in the Milton Keynes office have increased by 44%, reflecting rising demand and the development of a full-service legal operation in the city.
Simon deMaid said the relocation was a direct result of the firm’s growth in Milton Keynes. He said the team was delighted to have signed the lease and confirm the April move, describing it as a clear sign of how central the office has become to the city’s professional services MK landscape.
“Our new office puts us right at the heart of Milton Keynes and close to many of our clients, referrers and fellow professional service firms,” he said. “I think it sends a strong message. The Pinnacle is one of the most prestigious office buildings in the city and being located there places us alongside a strong community of professional advisers.”
The Milton Keynes team, which now numbers more than 40 people, provides a wide range of legal services in MK, including corporate law, commercial property, planning, employment, commercial and technology matters, intellectual property, wills and estates, family law, and contentious trusts and probate. The office has also developed sector specialisms in automotive retail, education and healthcare.
Marcus Carter said the move would benefit both clients and staff. He highlighted the building’s central location, strong road links and proximity to Milton Keynes Central railway station as key advantages.
“The offices are really well connected, with excellent transport links and parking, and the station is just a short walk away,” he said. “It is also a fantastic environment for our staff, with more space and high-quality facilities, including a café and an urban courtyard, as well as easy access to food, retail and leisure amenities.”
He added that having the right space was essential to supporting the firm’s future plans. “As a result, we now feel we have everything we need in Milton Keynes, with a talented and ambitious team, strong sector knowledge, and support services such as HR and marketing all based here in the city.”
