A Milton Keynes HR technology company has been shortlisted for a national industry award recognising excellence in people management and workplace innovation.
Tugela People has been named a finalist in the Best Digital/Technology Initiative in HR/L&D category at the 2026 CIPD People Management Awards.
The shortlist recognises Tugela People’s work with a global marine and engineering consultancy, where it delivered an integrated HR and payroll solution for 1,800 employees across 63 countries, helping to streamline payroll processes across the business.
Now in their 31st year, the CIPD People Management Awards celebrate organisations and individuals making a significant contribution to people management, learning and development and workplace innovation.
Tugela People will compete against organisations including Bupa, Reach plc and Bauer Media when the winners are announced at the CIPD People Management Awards on Thursday 24 September at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London.
