Milton Keynes law firm EMW has appointed Nikki Link as a partner in its real estate team following her return to the firm.
Nikki Link has more than 20 years’ experience in the property sector and previously worked at EMW before moving on to further roles in the industry, including an in-house position with a development finance lender.
Her practice focuses particularly on real estate finance, covering both investment and development funding, as well as real estate investment and corporate occupier work in the industrial and office sectors.
She has also advised on commercial lending, acquisitions, property management, disposals and landlord and tenant matters.
Her client experience includes institutional and private investors, developers, property companies and financial institutions, including clearing banks, alternative lenders and challenger banks. She has also acted for owners of retail parks, office developments and property funds.
The appointment adds further senior-level experience to EMW’s real estate team at a time when property finance, investment and occupier requirements remain a significant part of the commercial property market.
