HR and Talent leaders from Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire are being invited to a complimentary event in Milton Keynes to discuss what their organisations will need from their people in 2027, and whether they are preparing for it now.
Hosted by The Mixxos Group, IN THE MIXX: HR 2027 will take place at Aiimi, 100 Avebury Boulevard, on Wednesday 21 October, from 8.30am to 12.30pm. Sara Marshall, Head of Employment Law at Franklins Solicitors, will be among the speakers.
The event is intended for people working in HR, People, Talent and internal Recruitment roles. Discussions will examine the skills businesses expect to need, gaps in succession planning, the support available to managers, and what affects employee performance and retention.
Workforce planning will also be on the agenda, including when businesses should recruit, develop existing employees or bring in outside expertise. The programme includes a headline speaker, a live panel and an employment law update, alongside breakfast and networking.
