MK Dons has appointed Northamptonshire company Medisec to provide security and stewarding at the club’s home matches.
The MK Dons security contract will see the Kettering-based company support matchdays for players, staff, visitors and supporters.
The relationship could also extend beyond football, with Medisec potentially supporting concerts, conferences and exhibitions held at the Milton Keynes venue.
Medisec was founded by Ben Hollis in September 2021 and provides security, stewarding, training and safety services to businesses, councils and event organisers across the UK.
The company has recently moved to a larger office on Kettering Parkway after expanding its core management team from one person to four in the past 12 months.
Ben has been joined by operations manager Darren George, recruitment and resource manager Darren Bloomfield and medical operations manager Ben Fleet.
They are supported by a network of self-employed security professionals deployed across the company’s events and assignments.
Ben said: “This contract is a huge milestone for Medisec and something the whole team is incredibly proud of.
“Over the last 12 months we’ve grown significantly, building a management team around the business, as well as working some fantastic events and developing a fantastic network of security professionals who work with us.
“To secure a contract with MK Dons shows just how far we’ve come and is a real testament to the standards our team delivers.”
