A fast-growing global technology company is moving its UK headquarters to Milton Keynes as part of a major expansion.

Zoho, which has tripled its UK headcount in the past two years, will relocate from its current base in Bletchley to a larger Milton Keynes office in early 2026. The move comes as the business recorded 43% growth in the UK, its largest and longest-served European market.

Alongside the office relocation, Zoho will launch a UK data centre to meet increasing customer demand for local data storage and enhanced privacy — particularly from clients in the public sector and financial services.

Sachin Agrawal, UK managing director at Zoho, said: “In a constantly moving landscape impacted by geopolitical tensions and economic instability, we are focusing deeply on enhancing the customer experience we provide to our UK customer base. Data privacy and protection remain central to our operations, and the new data centre strengthens that commitment.”

The new Milton Keynes office will support further expansion across sales, customer service and marketing teams. Zoho said the move reflects its long-term commitment to investing in people and infrastructure in the UK, which it ranks as its third-largest global market.

Expanding UK footprint

Zoho has also strengthened its compliance and AI-driven offerings. Zoho Books has been recognised by HMRC for Making Tax Digital for Income Tax Self-Assessment, extending its support for sole traders ahead of new regulations taking effect in April 2026.

Meanwhile, new AI features will be rolled out across its Zoho CRM platform, including predictive sales tools, real-time anomaly detection, and more than 100 pre-built AI-powered Zia Agents to support functions such as customer service, logistics and HR.

Community and education focus

Beyond business investment, Zoho has supported grassroots sport and digital education. Sponsorships include MK Breakers basketball team, Sale FC Rugby Club and Teddington Hockey Club. It has also partnered with The Open University to give students access to its accounting software, and delivered guest lectures at Oxford and Exeter universities.
