The firm has welcomed Jenna Bruce, Stacey Taylor and Aimée Johns, expanding its capabilities across commercial law, technology law, intellectual property and employment law. Jenna Bruce joins EMW with a focus on information technology and intellectual property. Based in the firm’s Milton Keynes office, she advises businesses on software and SaaS arrangements, technology and outsourcing contracts, and IP protection. Additionally, she supports organisations launching new products or preparing for investment.
