Employers across Milton Keynes are being invited to a business breakfast exploring how empathy-led leadership and inclusive practices can help retain valuable working parents.

Hosted at Hotel la Tour on 7 November, the session will focus on the business benefits of supporting parents navigating the complexities of special educational needs (SEN) journeys — a group often balancing demanding professional and personal responsibilities.

The event, Unlock Talent. Retain Experience. Lead with Empathy., aims to give senior leaders practical insight into inclusion strategies that can reduce turnover and strengthen loyalty.

Bryan Wright, Strategy & Legacy Director at Yellowyoyo, and Ross Abbott, Wellbeing Consultant for Salusphere Global, will co-host the session, joined by local CEOs, HR leaders and hiring managers.
