TC Group Milton Keynes has named Arthur Ellis Mental Health Foundation as a charity partner for 2026/27, combining fundraising for local emotional support services with a programme of workplace wellbeing initiatives.

The accountancy and business advisory firm has become one of the Milton Keynes charity’s Community Supporters. Staff will raise funds and awareness during the year, while Arthur Ellis will provide the firm with wellbeing resources, educational content and workshops.

An in-person workshop is planned for November, and the charity will also work with TC Group’s Employee Board to encourage conversations about mental health in the workplace.

Arthur Ellis Mental Health Foundation works primarily with children, young people and vulnerable adults, providing one-to-one emotional support without lengthy waiting lists.

The charity says it supports around 2,000 people a year across Milton Keynes. It estimates that more than 20,000 children locally require support but are unable to access it, while demand for its own services has risen by more than 806% since the pandemic.

Jon Manning, chief executive of Arthur Ellis Mental Health Foundation, said: “It’s incredibly important for us to have the support of local businesses such as TC Group. Around 93% of our funding goes directly towards delivering sessions and support within the community, with just 7% supporting the core team responsible for operating the service. Without organisations like TC by our side, we simply couldn’t continue reaching the people who need us most.

“We’re delighted to welcome TC Group as a 2026/27 Community Supporter and look forward to working together to make a positive impact across Milton Keynes. Partnerships like this not only help us reach more people in need but also encourage important conversations about mental health within workplaces and communities alike.”

TC Group Milton Keynes provides accountancy, tax, payroll, corporate finance and business advisory services from its office in the city.

Stephen Henson, associate director at TC Group Milton Keynes, said the partnership reflected the firm’s focus on both its employees and the wider community.

“Mental health and wellbeing are incredibly important to us, both as an employer and as a business rooted in the Milton Keynes community,” he said.

“What particularly resonated with us was Arthur Ellis’ focus on providing rapid access to support. Waiting lists remain a significant challenge across the UK and the incredible work Jon and his team are doing locally is making a tangible difference to families and individuals across Milton Keynes.

“It’s why we’re so proud to be supporting the Foundation and the life-changing work it delivers every day. We hope this partnership helps more people across Milton Keynes access the support they need, when they need it most, while also encouraging even more open conversations about mental health within our own teams and across the wider community.”
