Milton Keynes inclusion specialist Gamiel Yafai has been named in the Diversity Power List 2025, a national celebration of individuals whose work is shaping the future of Diversite across the UK. The announcement places Gamiel among 50 influential leaders who are driving meaningful progress in equality, diversity and inclusion.

Produced by the Inclusive Awards, the Diversity Power List highlights advocates whose work is changing organisations, improving communities and tackling inequality. It brings together campaigners, community champions, business leaders and educators who demonstrate consistent commitment to inclusion.

Gamiel, founder of Diversity Marketplace, said the recognition reflects the progress made with partners and clients over many years. “I’m honoured to be recognised in the Diversity Power List 2025 alongside so many extraordinary advocates for inclusion,” said Gamiel. “For almost two decades through Diversity Marketplace, I’ve worked with organisations across the public, private and voluntary sectors to help them understand that inclusion is essential for business performance and organisational success.”

He added that the honour is shared with the people he has worked with throughout his career. “This recognition reflects not only my work but the work of my team and the collaborative efforts of every client, partner and colleague who has shared this journey.”

The Diversity Power List recognises individuals who make a positive difference within their sectors while championing better outcomes for under-represented groups. Each year, the list showcases people who are addressing inequality through practical action, leadership and influence.

Nominations for the 2025/26 list will be reviewed by an independent judging panel drawn from across the UK. The final 50 honourees will be announced at the 2025 Inclusive Awards.

Gamiel said he remains focused on supporting organisations to embed long-term cultural change. “Inclusion isn’t just the right thing to do,” he said. “It enables stronger decision-making, supports performance and strengthens workplaces. I’m proud that this work continues to shape how organisations think about equality, diversity and inclusion.”

Based in Milton Keynes, Gamiel continues to work nationally with businesses and public bodies to support cultural transformation, leadership development and inclusive recruitment. His place on the Diversity Power List underlines the impact of his ongoing advocacy and the growing recognition of Diversite as a driver of organisational success.
