Legal firm EMW has strengthened its Family Law team with the appointment of Neil Hobden, a highly experienced solicitor with nearly four decades in practice.
Neil brings extensive expertise in resolving complex financial matters following separation and divorce, including cases involving business assets, inherited wealth, overseas property, and family trusts.
Previously an equity partner at Shoosmiths, Neil has developed a strong reputation for his pragmatic and strategic approach, working closely with accountants, financial advisers, and mortgage brokers to secure comprehensive solutions for clients. He is known for resolving disputes efficiently and, where possible, avoiding court proceedings.
