A leading international automation and data solutions company has signed a long-term lease to relocate to Seebeck House in Milton Keynes.

The unnamed occupier has agreed a ten-year deal on 9,094 sq ft of Grade A office space at the Knowlhill business park.

Kirkby Diamond, acting on behalf of EMW Law, completed the transaction within four months of being instructed. Bray Fox Smith were joint agents.
