Programme invests in future talent

The new intake will have the opportunity to work with companies of all sizes in industry sectors including manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical and construction.

Russell Wilson, senior partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Milton Keynes, said the firm’s recent results, which showed double-digit growth for the third year running, had enabled it to invest in future talent.

He added: "We have had an excellent response to our latest recruitment drive. Graduates are increasingly discerning about their career choices. Their interest does not only lie with career path but also opportunities to develop their softer skills which is where our active community affairs programme, mentoring schemes and other such initiatives become an important part of that decision.

"These appointments reflect our ambition to grow the firm by continuing to develop local expertise to meet the needs of local businesses. This provides us with a sound base upon which we can invest in future talent and expertise in our region."

PricewaterhouseCoopers was also recruiting a number of experienced hires, Mr Wilson added.
