Pinnacle event draws agentsApr 21, 2008
The Pinnacle developer Hampton Brook hosted two events – one for top office agents in London, staged at The Ivy restaurant and one for regional agents at the Jaipur restaurant in Milton Keynes.
Around 30 guests at each event watched a ‘movie premiere’ of the 206,000 sq ft project in Midsummer Boulevard.
Hampton Brook director Ian Jackson said: “An ‘afternoon at the movies’ enabled us to visually demonstrate the sheer magnitude and quality of this project and the ground breaking standards we are setting in the region.
"The Pinnacle will be the first office building in Milton Keynes to be awarded a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellence’, achieved by adopting innovative design techniques and technologies, and supporting new standards of sustainability.
“From conception, The Pinnacle was designed with a totally holistic approach – to be not just a building, but an integral part of the Milton Keynes landscape, connected to the transport network and utilising the city’s Combined Heat and Power network. This will create an energy-efficient and superior working environment.”
Construction of The Pinnacle began in July last year and it is due for completion in summer 2009.
The £60 million inward investment, in a joint venture partnership with clients of Goodman Property Investors, has already finalised pre-let deals with law firm Denton Wilde Sapte and business advisers Deloitte.
