Opportunity knocks at careers advice fair for youngstersSep 24, 2013
Chris Denyer, operations manager at Connexions:MK, said: “It was wonderful to host an event that provided young people, who have not made any definite plans for their future, with a place to meet training providers and local employers to see what Milton Keynes has to offer.”
The event, held at The Point in Central Milton Keynes, is in its fourth year.
Connexions:MK offers confidential advice to young people on everything from careers and education to money, drugs, health, relationships and activities to do in their free time. Personal advisors work with young people on a one-to-one basis to support them in making the decisions that impact on their lives.
