Mum praises dealership after son’s dream comes true

VAUXHALL retailer Thurlow Nunn left a smile on the face of
six-year old Faizan after they invited him along to the Milton Keynes showroom
to get to grips with his favourite car, the Vauxhall Meriva.

Faizan, who has autism, developed a liking for Vauxhall’s people
carrier so his mother, Shabeena, decided to contact the dealership to see if
they would be able to come down and have a look at the car.

The pair (pictured) were welcomed to the showroom by used car
sales adviser Angelo Roberts  who gave
Faizan the grand tour of the whole Vauxhall range before letting him sit in his
car of choice, the Meriva.

Shabeena, said: “I am over the moon that the team allowed Faizan
to experience his favourite car and they were really brilliant with him, giving
him loads of time and attention. They couldn’t have done more for him, I am
very grateful and Faizan is delighted.”

Faizan was thrilled to receive a Vauxhall teddy from the
dealership. “He loves it,” said Shabeena. “He has named it Stan.”

Steve Robinson, regional manager at Thurlow Nunn Milton Keynes,
added: “It was a pleasure to have Faizan and Shabeena visit us here in the
showroom. It is really rewarding to be able to give something back to the
community and make a little boy’s day.”
