Mr Nicholson (pictured) has been included in this year’s ‘Leaders’ section for his financial management and for his contribution to Tollers success over the last few years.
The Lawyer magazine stated that Mr Nicholson had “overseen one of the most dramatic reversals of fortune in the UK legal market”.
Mr Nicholson said: “My inclusion in this list is recognition for the firm as a whole. Over the last few years we have been investing significantly in both commercial and private client practice areas as well as opening a new office in Stevenage.
“The strategy has been to create a more balanced law firm fit to meet the challenge of the legal market in 2015 and beyond.
“Our appointments and expansion into new markets have given rise to growth and enhanced Tollers position as a leading regional practice in the Midlands. There remains work to be done but we are proud of our achievements to date.”
