    Job Description:

    ** Please note this is an office based role.**

    We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Accounting Services Team, based at our offices in Kettering. Working with a portfolio of well-known brands you will be responsible for the preparation of timely and accurate periodic management reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, performance analysis, cashflow forecast and budget analysis.

    In this role you are the interface between AFP and our client and will have strong communication skills with the ability to respond promptly to client queries ensuring that we are always providing excellent customer service, liaising with our internal Financial Accounts, Compliance and Operations Teams when needed.

    Working in a multi-client environment you will potentially have conflicting deadlines which you will need to manage, ensuring that you are communicating any issues to our internal teams and clients. Working with our Client Relationship Managers to provide support for the development of budgets and forecasts as appropriate to ensure good quality and up to date information is available to clients. A good understanding of accounting processes and the ability to read and interpret profit and loss and balance sheet reports are essential.


    AAT qualified, studying for ACCA, CIMA or QBE

    Have worked with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage Have experience of using MS Excel in finance role
