Job Description:
Working within the IT team based in Northampton, the successful person will be responsible for providing basic Helpdesk support to users covering primarily Microsoft Office applications, as well as support for printing, internet, e-mail and the case management system.
You will assist in monitoring incoming emails and making on-site visits to branch offices to deal with hardware faults. You will also be involved in providing training on basic functions of Word, Excel and the case management software, either remotely or on-site at branch offices.
You may also be called upon to carry out basic ergonomic assessments if required, however this is optional and not a requirement for the position.
This role will appeal to someone who has a keen interest in IT and who is seeking their first role in this area.
