Business and community leaders joined school representatives and Milton Keynes Mayor Cllr Mike Barry for the launch of Pulse MK.
The project has been developed, funded and project managed by Business Link, using funds allocated from the South East England Development Agency to the Milton Keynes Area Programme, and is designed to bring together two major strands of non-formal learning for young people:
– Citizenship – the ability to understand the local community and participate fully in its future;
– Enterprise and Entrepreneurship – the ability to benefit the community through economic activity based on innovation and business skills.
The project is delivered by Countec EBP, the Milton Keynes Education Business Partnership and aims to increase skills development opportunities
