The two units on the Heathfield industrial estate have bee leased by an internet provider of remote control cars and The Warehouse Ltd, a current estate tenant which has taken the additional space due to expansion.
Bidwells business space agent Paul Davies said: “We have been particularly busy with industrial transactions and these two deals at Heathfield Industrial Estate indicate a strong finish to 2006.”
Car dealership Mayfair Motors has completed its purchase of the first unit at Quatro Park, a new development of production warehouse units at Blakelands.
Meanwhile, Bidwells has been instructed to market a 21,250 sq ft transport and vehicle maintenance depot at Old Wolverton. Mr Davies said: “It’s rare to have a purpose built unit of this scale on the market. This property would be a valuable asset to the right occupier.”
