Mr Morrison has chaired MKCCM’s After8 Group, which works to enhance the city centre’s night-time economy, since 2009.
He said: “I look forward to the challenges and opportunities facing MKCCM and the city in the coming year and working to ensure our contribution to the continued success and prosperity of Central Milton Keynes alongside our 38 member organisations and other key stakeholders.”
He paid tribute to the work of Mr De Grey, who will remain as a non-executive director.
thecentre:mk centre director Robert Hall is the new deputy chair of MKCCM. He said: ”I am delighted to support Simon in presenting the views of employers and employees within Central Milton Keynes.
"I fully accept my part in acting as an ambassador in ensuring the ongoing creation of an appropriate place to live, work and enjoy spiritual and leisure time in the outstanding environment afforded to the city centre.”
