The leisure giant is moving its head office staff to offices in Luton and Dunstable and the sale will be concluded once the new office premises have been refurbished.
Duncan Robb, of agents Peter Hill Commercial – which is acting for the acquisition on behalf of Belgrave Land – is to market the property in suites from 5,000 sq ft or as a whole 56,141 sq ft.
Mr Robb said: “This is a rare opportunity for a company to occupy a commanding position in the centre of Luton coupled with the attraction of 80 on site car parking spaces. There has been considerable interest in the property prior to any marketing taking place.”
Belgrave Land plans to develop the front site as a high-quality mixed use scheme.
