Skincare specialist champions UK-Nigeria trade links

Shalom Lloyd, founder of Naturally Tribal Skincare, is pictured with Nigeria’s Minister of Industry Dr Okechukwu Enelamah at the event organised by the Commonweapth Enterprise and Investment Council in Lagos.

Connecting The Commonwealth featured topics such as unlocking business opportunities from the UK to Lagos and beyond. Nigeria is the largest market in Africa, with annual 5% growth over the past ten years, and offers enormous opportunities for UK businesses.

Naturally Tribal Skincare, based in Stony Stratford, abides by ‘Source to Jar’ traceability, ensuring ethically conscious customers the opportunity to obtain high-quality, 100% natural skincare products.

The main ingredient in Naturally Tribal products comes from the African Karite (Shea) tree.

Naturally Tribal Skincare was also a finalist in this year’s Milton Keynes Business Achievement Awards in the International Trade category.

Ms Lloyd said: “This event was an excellent opportunity to build relations and champion enterprise between the UK and Nigeria, as well as putting Milton Keynes on the map to a global audience.”
