New owner BizSpace has acquired the 41,000 sq ft property pictured at Linford Wood as part of its expansion programme across the south of England.
It plans to renovate the building, creating office units of between 200 sq ft and 750 sq ft and spending £250,000 on a revamp of the interior and communal areas, including the atrium. In the last year, BizSpace has acquired nine properties, investing more than £54 million.
