Swedish bank Handelsbanken’s Milton Keynes branch, HR specialist Crispin Rhodes and safety training company Safesmart have signed up to support the concert, which takes place at Campbell Park in August.
Milton Keynes City Orchestra is staging the event with Milton Keynes Parks Trust and is inviting local businesses and organisations to share in the success of what promises to be the highlight of the city’s summer events.
They promise an uplifting evening of classical favourites, relaxed picnics and a spectacular firework finale.
Milton Keynes City Orchestra chairman Marian Livingstone said: “Momentum is gathering for this popular event. Ticket sales have reached over 350 and three sponsors have confirmed their presence, yet more proof of the excitement surrounding the Proms in August.”
Business support and corporate entertaining are an intrinsic part of the event and enable local companies to entertain their clients and customers in style.
Organisations interested in participating in the event can contact Julie Dawes at The Parks Trust j.dawes@theparkstrust.com or 01908 233600 or Marian Livingstone at Milton Keynes City Orchestra marian@livingstonewhite.co.uk or 07836 583505.
