The new cinema at the MK1 Leisure Park next to stadiummk, which will contain 11 screens, including a custom designed IMAX, now has a team of over 70 people and is among the most technologically advanced cinemas in the country.
The move from the current cinema at The Point will see the number of ODEON staff in the town jump from 12 to 70. The venue opens on Friday (February 27).
General manager Stephen Shaw said: “We are incredibly proud to have employed over 60 Milton Keynes locals to fill the new positions at the UK’s flagship ODEON.
“The cinema is set to be something really special."
