Interiors firm continues expansion plans

The deal has been completed only six months after acs acquired IT services provider WYSIWYG-IT.

acs will remodel the Bull offices at Bradwell Abbey to create a state-of-the-art showroom and meeting facilities. The premises will double as the firm’s base for its sales, consultancy and marketing teams.

Joint managing director John Harley (pictured with joint managing director Jon Thorpe) said the addition of Bull’s team would further strengthen acs’s thriving furniture division as the company gears up for aggressive growth.

Mr Harley added: “Bull is a well-respected, long-standing and professional company with strong values that reflect our own. This acquisition will help us build on our successes in Milton Keynes.”
Mike Jarrard, of Bull Office Interiors, said, “We have worked hard for the past 20 years to build a client base that we have been proud to maintain. Joining forces with acs will enable us to continue to supply our customers with the level of care and commitment that has always been our priority and we are extremely excited about the future avenues and opportunities the alliance will bring to us as we move forward as a team.”
