Consultation on a range of strategies which support the borough’s aspirations to be an International Sporting City and the European Capital of Culture 2023 closes on Friday (November 29).
The Sport and Active Communities, Arts and Public Art, and the Heritage, Museums and Archives strategies provide the framework for a programme in which the council and partners will aim to create an environment for residents to participate in and experience a broad range of sport, cultural activities and events.
