Damian Cummins been involved with businesses in and around Bedfordshire and Dunstable for many years, and returned to the FSB after working for more than ten years as its regional organiser in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.
Mr Cummins (pictured) currently runs the company PR & Events, which specialises in awards management and training, events management, and training for media and press relations.
He said: "I am delighted to welcome so many new members onto the committee and look forward to engaging with other business organisations and the two councils in our patch."
He paid tribute to his predecessor, outgoing FSB Luton and South Bedfordshire branch chair Carole Hegley. “Carole has done tremendous work particularly in the early years and is a great advocate for small business,” he said.
