Breakfast club celebrates its anniversary

The group usually meets at Jurys Inn in Central Milton Keynes but returned to its original home at the Holiday Inn Milton Keynes East for the party.

The Newport Pagnell hotel , which is one of the club sponsors, donated two anniversary cakes – one for the guests, the other to be divided between Milton Keynes-based charities Willen Hospice and MK SNAP.

The Midsummer Breakfast Club is a major supporter of both.

Club organiser Sue de Fraine, of founding sponsor Baker Tilly, said: “We are delighted with the response to our 11th anniversary celebrations. So many of our keynote speakers returned to support us and this has been one of the largest meetings of the year so far.”
