The dealership joins Wayside’s five Volkswagen and four Audi dealerships locally. Keith Garages has sold Volkswagen, Audi and Hyundai cars in the county town for many years.
Wayside group managing director John Caney said: “Our shared Volkswagen and Audi heritage and private ownership means that there is a perfect fit between our two companies.
"We intend to maintain the standards that Keith Garages has set and to build on this.”
Spencer Huggett has been appointed manager at the Aylesbury showroom.
