Santander’s UK Corporate Asset Finance arm is part of Santander Corporate Banking which provides lending to SMEs and corporates through finance and operating leases, and hire purchase.
EMW Picton Howell was invited to tender for the contract following its successful review of Santander’s Asset Finance documentation.
EMW Picton Howell has been working with Santander for over six years, first advising on real estate and commercial law issues. The firm has also won an exclusive two-year contract for Santander UK plc’s employment tribunal work.

A team of five lawyers from EMW Picton Howell will be working on the Corporate Asset Finance account, led by head of banking and finance Ian Mabbutt.
