Angels4Bucks aims toi invest in a diverse portfolio of early-stage, high-growth, unquoted companies based in Milton Keynes. Requests for funding are welcomed from all sectors.
The EIS offers generous income tax and capital gains tax reliefs. Investors can claim back up to 20% relief against personal income tax on EIS investments and there is no Capital Gains Tax payable on the disposal of shares after three years.
The government has also indicated that it might extend their support for EIS schemes further in the forthcoming budget.
