The secondment has arisen as a result of management changes at the HCA. Mr Lewis will take responsibility for the HCA’s national property and regeneration programme and the Thames Gateway growth area, as well as becoming a member of the corporate management team.
MKP director Tim Roxburgh (pictured), who has worked in Milton Keynes for more than 20 years, will assume operational responsibility for MKP during Mr Lewis’ secondment.
The new arrangements come into effect on April 1 and are likely to remain in place for at least six months.
