Accountants celebrate national awardMay 24, 2014
The award comes on the back of having won Auditor of the Year for the past two years.
The awards recognise the service providers that support Britain’s finance community using the results of an annual survey, in which FDs and financial decision-makers recorded their opinion.
The awards ceremony was held in Grosvenor Square, London and hosted by Real Business in association with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and supported by employers organisation the CBI.
Haines Watts beat competition from other UK firms such as KPMG, Grant Thornton, BDO, and Baker Tilly.
Ben Young, partner at Haines Watts Northampton and Milton Keynes, said: “We are immensely proud of the feedback that we received with this award, in focusing on the commitment, value and expertise that our team continues to bring to our clients in the independent and owner managed business sectors.
"We appreciate that these are important aspects of our service delivery to our clients in the Milton Keynes and Northampton areas”
Bedford office partner Elia di Lorenzo said: "This type of award really matters to us because it’s voted for by business people and not by an academic panel of experts.”
